Through desk research and intuition, we decided to frame our research around concepts of Memory, Immersion, and Community.

Analysis

Following each research method, the team employed the popular IDEO Downloading approach to parse data from each experience. In practice, that means classifying data by Problems, Obstacles, Observations, Needs, and Quotes, then clustering ideas by theme.
